A few people have asked me to share some of my paintings and drawings. Here are three of my favorites! As always, click to enlarge.
Acrylic paint. 15x18, canvas.
Charcoal. 8.5 x 11.
Acrylic paint. 12x16, canvas.I'll be working on several new DIY's within the next few days. Involving fringe, faux fur, and some other fun things.
My internet has been down (and back, then down again, then back...) and my laptop decided to stop reading anything in the USB ports this morning (meaning, it doesn't pick up camera cords, flash drives, anything!) so I have to send that off to get fixed. SO, I'm saying all this because for those of you who have e-mailed me about guest posts, DIY advice and other questions - I PROMISE I'm not ignoring you!! I've just been a little bogged down with all of the technical issues I've been experiencing lately. It's especially irritating when I'm an online graduate student...!
When stuff like this happens, I feel like moving into the woods, with no technology whatsoever. Anyone is free to join me. I promise we can still DIY all day, every day.
xo,
kirsten
